The board has selected new trim colors and would like your input on the colors. Please pick your favorite color on the survey at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GZHDDQC  If you would like to see the colors in person, please check them out at the following address: 602 S Evergreen The survey closes on Thursday, May 2nd at 11:45pm. So please place your vote before then. 

Thank you to all who participated in the recent "paint survey".  Attached are the results.  These results and colors will be discussed at the upcoming Board Meeting on Monday, April 22nd, 7:00 p.m. at the clubhouse.   The color Tavern Taupe has been painted on building #11 (see attached map) for your preview.  This color is being recommended by the survey to replace the red trim.  If you have any questions, please plan on attending the meeting.  We don't have any other information at this time.

The Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 25th, at 7:00pm, at the clubhouse. 

The February Board of Directors meeting will be held at the community clubhouse at 7pm on the 25th. 

Personal items in the construction dumpsters are prohibited.  Violators will be fined. Reminder ~ Board Meetings are the 4th Monday of the month.  Next meeting will be February 25th, 7:00 p.m. in the Club House.  All owners are welcome.  

There will be a Budget Review Meeting at the Community Club House on Monday, January 14th at 7:00 p.m. 

Building work is continuing.  The painting process is taking longer than expected due to the diverse options of paint.  The Board will be holding a meeting on January 7th at 6:30 p.m. to pick the colors. In the meantime, the beams are currently being primed. We appreciate your patience during this extensive project.

Owners,   As you may know, the annual meeting of members will be held tonight, 10/22/18 at 7PM.  All ballots received at the annual must be hand delivered prior to the  start meeting. If you are turning in a ballot for an absent owner, the ballot must be in a sealed envelope, signed, and the owner must be current on all dues.  We look forward to seeing you tonight.
