Hello,   Unfortunately, the pool will be temporarily closed due to glass found in the pool. It will take a considerable amount of time for the pool company to remove all of the glass that was found and get the pool reopened. As a reminder, no glass is allowed anywhere in the pool area. Even if the glass is disposed of in the garbage cans inside of the pool area, the County can/will close down the pool if they find glass. We appreciate your patience and will update you as we have more information.   Thank you   Heywood Community Management

The Annual Meeting, scheduled for this Thursday at the Clubhouse has been rescheduled for sometime in January 2025.  A handful of members did not receive the nomination request notice sent by mail in September in time to get their information submitted for the ballot. Due to the delay in the mailed notice, the Annual Meeting will be postponed. Good morning, As a reminder, the community roofing project is scheduled to begin on February 27th. The roofers will be placing fliers on units approximately 1 week before they will start working on them. For those who rent your unit, please be sure to inform your tenant so that they can look out for the flier and know when their building is being worked on.  They will start their work on buildings 1-10 (map attached with building numbers). They will wash the roofs and then coat them. They will also be making repairs to skylights. They will continue to work on each building in numerical order until all roofs have been completed. They estimate that the work will be completed in mid-April.  We will be sure to communicate with you if anything changes. The asphalt company will be onsite and begin preliminary work on the parking lot tomorrow, Friday June 3rd. They will be patching areas in disrepair over the next couple of days and will be sealing the parking lot with a fresh coat of sealant tentatively sometime next week. We are awaiting a finalized schedule and map so we can communicate when areas (4 zones) will be closed and require you to move your vehicle(s). Please be on the lookout for further communication regarding this project. If you rent your unit, please notify your tenants to be on the look out for signs posted on the property.

Tonight's booard meeting will be postponed. We will send out a notice when we reschedule it.

The Board of Directors met last month to review and approve the 2022 Operating Budget. The budget was approved with the monthly fee decreasing from $350/mo to $325/mo for 2022. The amount due per month is now $325. If you have already made payment for January, February, and / or any future pre-paid assessments, your account will be credited with the difference. If you have any questions, or need an updated account statement, please wait until the March statements are generated and sent in early March. If you still have questions after receiving your March billing statement, please contact payments@heywoodmanagement.com for assistance. If you use a bill pay service, please double check the information to assure your payment amount and the payment date are accurate. If you have changed any of your contact information (mailing address, phone number, e-mail address) over the past year, we encourage you to update your information on our website.
