Dear University Shadows members, The regularly scheduled board meeting for April has been rescheduled for Tuesday, May 11th at 7PM. All open architectural requests will be placed on the agenda for review at that time. If you have any questions or concerns you’d like addressed, please either plan on attending the meeting to speak in open forum or feel free to send me an email. The meeting will be held virtually on Zoom. Meeting details to join will be posted to the website once the agenda has been finalized next week.

Dear Homeowners, The University Shadows annual meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday January 12th. This is a reminder to all homeowners to submit your ballot for tomorrow’s meeting. Meeting details can be found in the events section on the website. If you have not yet submitted your ballot, please do so ASAP. If you did not receive or discarded your ballot and would like to vote for the board of directors, please contact our office immediately by emailing hello@heywoodmanagement.com and someone will provide information for you to submit your vote electronically.

With the holidays approaching and limited items on the agenda needing immediate attention, the board has decided to cancel the December Board Meeting. The next meeting is upcoming in January. More details to follow. Happy Holidays, all!

The Board of Directors meeting scheduled for tonight has been canceled. Notices will be sent to homeowners before the next meeting.

Board Meeting Scheduled for Monday, January 6th at 7PM. Main topic will be budget and reserve study draft. The draft budget is attached for review. The draft reserve study is also attached for review.

The schedule has been slightly modified to accomodate additional work that was necessary on previous buildings and to give more time for the holidays. The construction schedule will follow as outlined below: This schedule is tentative and any future modifications will be posted to the bulletin board and the website.

The construction crew will be back in full force next week, finishing up buildings that were not completed on the south side of the complex. Please ensure all patios and personal items are cleared out of the way and gates are unlocked if you recieve a notice. We have been working with the new construction manager to develop a plan for keeping residents informed and the project on track. The construction manager started this week and will be doing building inspections and ensuring construction is completed to the highest standards. Please still direct all questions to the management company. Notices will be placed on gates for upcoming building construction. A schedule for construction will be published by the end of next week after project review by the construction manager. There will be a special meeting held on Tuesday, June 4th, at 7pm, at the clubhouse. 

Per community discussion and voting, the red color will be painted over with the newly selected Web Gray color. Thank you for you participation in the voting process. Please see the attached results. 

The board has selected new trim colors and would like your input on the colors. Please pick your favorite color on the survey at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GZHDDQC  If you would like to see the colors in person, please check them out at the following address: 602 S Evergreen The survey closes on Thursday, May 2nd at 11:45pm. So please place your vote before then. 

Thank you to all who participated in the recent "paint survey".  Attached are the results.  These results and colors will be discussed at the upcoming Board Meeting on Monday, April 22nd, 7:00 p.m. at the clubhouse.   The color Tavern Taupe has been painted on building #11 (see attached map) for your preview.  This color is being recommended by the survey to replace the red trim.  If you have any questions, please plan on attending the meeting.  We don't have any other information at this time.
