The construction crew will be back in full force next week, finishing up buildings that were not completed on the south side of the complex. Please ensure all patios and personal items are cleared out of the way and gates are unlocked if you recieve a notice.
We have been working with the new construction manager to develop a plan for keeping residents informed and the project on track. The construction manager started this week and will be doing building inspections and ensuring construction is completed to the highest standards. Please still direct all questions to the management company.
Notices will be placed on gates for upcoming building construction. A schedule for construction will be published by the end of next week after project review by the construction manager.
