Good morning,
As a reminder, the community roofing project is scheduled to begin on February 27th. The roofers will be placing fliers on units approximately 1 week before they will start working on them. For those who rent your unit, please be sure to inform your tenant so that they can look out for the flier and know when their building is being worked on.
They will start their work on buildings 1-10 (map attached with building numbers). They will wash the roofs and then coat them. They will also be making repairs to skylights. They will continue to work on each building in numerical order until all roofs have been completed. They estimate that the work will be completed in mid-April.
