The Board of Directors met last month to review and approve the 2022 Operating Budget. The budget was approved with the monthly fee decreasing from $350/mo to $325/mo for 2022.
The amount due per month is now $325. If you have already made payment for January, February, and / or any future pre-paid assessments, your account will be credited with the difference.
